Some Dust and Heavier Foxing of Page Ends with Darkening on top of Block from Age and some Slight Staining and Small Spotting on side and bottom with small page corner tears on about 20 to 30 pages on bottom corner (looks like the book was pressed against another in storage and it resulted in the small tears - not torn away but small corner tearing). Signed by Author on the Title Page. Small light penciled numbers on upper left hand corner of last page inside cover - otherwise pages appear to be clean and unmarked though with some slight bending of the first 50 pages or so from being bent during storage and then the small tearing of the bottom corners as mentioned above. 372 Pages. For a nearly 65 year old book this one is in what we consider Acceptable Condition or better - a Totally Usable and Good Readable copy and it is Signed by the Author.
