Binding is Intact with some slight loosening and is lightly cocked - with Intact Hinges. Hard Cover has light fading and scuffing of the boards - Spine has darkened slightly - small bump on front board where something was under cover material when bound - Light Rubbing Wear on the Edges and Corners. There is some loosening of cover material on Spine - with Wrinkling on Top and Heel of Spine - Title Lettering on Spine has some rubbing and fading but is still totally readable - Lettering is sharper on Front Board. Small Tear at Top of Spine on back edge. Front and Back Boards show light rubbing wear with a few small scratches with slightly bent corners. Book Block has light dust with some Foxing and some darkening from age. There is some underlining of text in ballpoint and pencil with a few very small handwritten notes in margins - appears to be on less than 10% of the total pages and all text is still unobstructed and readable. 498 Pages.
