Single 12" EP with a Total of 5 Tracks - Side A - Radio Edit, LP and Instrumental. Side B - No Male Vocal and Acapella. Promo sent out to Radio Stations by the Label. Record appears to be New, UnSealed Vinyl - appears never played but if it was played it was only an extremely few times - Vinyl is actually Clean and Shiny as New with some Very Light dust from storage and maybe some small smudges and maybe a few tiny scratches and/or scuffs from being handled and storage - but little that appears would effect playback. Jacket shows Moderate wear from storage mainly on the edges and corners with some heavier surface scuffing and ring wear and slight bending on the edges and in the corners from storage. Overall - Jacket shows some wear from storage - but Vinyl is in Very Good Plus Plus - Excellent - Condition.
