Binding is Tight and Square with very some loosening from use - Binding still totally intact and all pages attached. Hinges are Intact though loosened from use. For the Hard Cover under Dust Jacket - Boards have some light scuffing wear showing in small spots on back - Black and White Lettering on Front and Spine is sharp and completely Intact and Readable - Spine is UnCreased with Slight Bending of the covering on the Heel and Top with rubbing wear from Shelf - Light to Moderate Rubbing wear on all edges and corners of open side from Shelf Storage (light on top edges and corners - moderate on bottom). Book Block has some Dust with some Foxing with some slight darkening from age and a couple of very small light rubbing stains on bottom edge of block. Handwritten owner's name and address on inside back of front cover - with less than 50 pages or so that have some underlining in pen with some small notes in margin with Text still Totally Readable and unobstructed - otherwise Pages are Clean and Unmarked. 473 Pages. Though a Used Book I consider this one a Totally Usable and Readable Copy in Acceptable to Good Condition. Dust Jacket shows the heaviest wear on this book.
