Binding is Still Tight and Square with some Very Slight Loosening - All pages still securely attached to binding with Hinges Intact though inside between the 3rd and 4th page from the back there is tear-thru to the binding where pages are attached - Cover is faded from age with normal scuffing and scratches and wear from Library use - Heavier wear on corners and edges with spots of wear-thru tearing on the corners of the open side and on the Front Cover edge on open side - also some tearing on bottom edges from rubbing on shelf - with wrinkling and small tearing of covering on the Top and Heel of the Spine - Very Light Creasing of Spine with heavier fading of covering. Gold Title Lettering on Spine is Heavily faded and rubbed but still readable - with Library numbering tag taped across spine just above Heel (tape runs over on front and back covers. Moderate to Heavier Dust and Foxing of Block with Darkening from Age and some Light staining and scratches from use and rubbing in Shelf Storage. Teaching School Library Stamp on Title Page at bottom of page with small handwritten library numbering at top of same page and more on the back of same page - with checkout sheet still attached on last inside page with a card pocket on the inside of the back cover - otherwise Pages appear Clean and Unmarked though beginning to slightly yellow from age - text crisp and totally readable. 590 Pages. Though a Used Book and Ex Teaching School Library copy I still consider this book in Acceptable Condition - A Totally Usable and Readable Copy.
