Overall Binding is Still Fairly Tight and Square though it has Loosened Slightly from Light Use and age and shelf and box storage - Binding totally Intact with Intact Hinges and actually Hinges are still fairly Tight showing little use. Cover of the Spine is still tight but Heavily Creased in the center - with Bending and Rubbing Wear on Top and Heel - Heaviest on Heel. Shiny Gold Lettering on Spine is lightly faded with a couple of small rubbing spots but still totally readable. Block is Clean with a couple of very small light rubbing stains on page ends on top and side. Pages are Clean and UnMarked - Total of 448 Pages - Very Heavily Illustrated. Though a Used Book - we still consider it in Totally Acceptable to Good Condition (if the spine was not as heavily creased and without the small white spotting on the Boards I would consider it Very Good) - and a Good Readable and Usable copy.
